Job Description
Location: USA Conroe Texas (Conroe Plant)
Department: Industrial Operations Heat Treatment
Seniority/Experience Requirement: 35 years of induction heat treatment of tubular products and MPI is preferred
Education Requirements: Some college or equivalent experience
Language Skills: English proficiency mandatory

Job Description:
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of coordinates heat treatment operators. Manages and controls Heat treatment process by ensuring compliance with established quality standards optimizing Heat treatment production processes and tools and minimizing the accidents risks. Assure accuracy reporting and communicates to management.
Responsibilities include the following:
Verifies that the production in the machines of the production process achieve the performance set according products specifications customer needs and Tenaris quality standards.
Minimizes the areas costs by identifying and studying the costs evolution and analyzes alternatives for their reduction.
Optimizes plants performance and efficiency by establishing intervention priorities with the Maintenance area and supervises preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensures safe movement storage and use of the stocks and spare parts under his/her responsibility.
Complies with the energy consumption target/goals carrying out the required actions that aim to save energy.
