Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all maintenance work for both Holt and other CAT dealers for all national account contracts. Additionally this position has the responsibility of ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Successfully monitors and executes National Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Programs
  • Opens and closes work orders orders parts and issues and receives Purchase Orders maintains daily labor entries for employees in section to include all associated paperwork
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates daily with a team internal customers and external customers to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction
  • Effectively leverages technology solutions to maximize departmental performance and effectiveness
  • Models collaborative problemsolving and personal influencing skills to ensure that service activities in the incumbents area of responsibility are aligned with the overall business plan of the service department and company.
  • Provides National Accounts Manager with status reports on all open work orders in an accurate timely manner
  • Maintains Scheduling Systems and Programs in a complete and organized manner to assure timely and accurate scheduling of maintenance
  • Supports national dealer counterparts with system and policy training as required
  • Assists supervisor in departmental functions to enhance and improve operations and customer satisfaction
  • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies procedures and standards
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong administrative aptitude and understanding of the industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational time management and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate computer and related software applications skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to add subtract multiply and divide into all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
  • Uses logic reasoning creative and dynamic application of solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
  • The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
  • Two years of jobrelated experience preferred
