Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with and advising people managers and colleagues on HR processes
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle process including recruitment induction talent management promotions and separations
- Driving people and organizational initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
- Fostering business responsibility for diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Cultivating a healthy culture and supporting the implementation of corporate initiatives
- Enhancing engagement and leveraging data and analytics to identify risks and trends subsequently applying these insights to decisionmaking processes
- Ensuring compliance with local Equality and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner in a large international organization
- Business Acumen
- Thorough knowledge of labor law
- Strong analytical skills accompanied by an interest in interpreting data and presenting conclusions and recommendations
- A strong focus on results and customer service
- A mindset geared towards seeking solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Polish and English
