Part-Time F&B Supervisor, Brazen

The starting salary for this position is $19.50 per hour.

• Work closely with the food and beverage management teamto ensure the highest standards of service are met
• Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlets staff

• Providing daily oversight of F&B operations including function and logistics organization increasing sales and profitability establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
• P/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant
• Assist with the recruitment training development and retention of high quality team members
• Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance offood and beverage operations
• Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction guest satisfaction and financial performance
• Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving service teamwork accuracy and speed improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our team
• Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate
• Provide support to all of the Companys research and guest satisfaction programs
• All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to the restaurant
• Assist with training staffing development staff meetings scheduling and payroll submissions
• Assist with planning and execution of functions
• Ordering inventory and stock stake
• Coding and remittance of all invoices
• Cross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisions

• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with cash control procedures
• Food & Beverage background
• Experience in similar leadership role an asset
