Job Description
We are working on behalf of an Am Law 50 firm with more than 1600 lawyers across 30 offices to recruit a Regional Marketing Coordinator. The Coordinator will act as the goto person for all marketing efforts driven by their assigned offices or regions and is responsible for strategically executing various regional and practice marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support & Execution: Supports the Office Managing Partner with the coordination and execution of local marketing initiatives client events and sponsorships that align with firm goals.
- Event Planning:Assists in planning and managing regional events including client receptions community support efforts and office celebrations handling logistics invitations RSVPs and onsite coordination.
- Local Brand Implementation: Helps implement firmwide branding campaigns and marketing programs at the local level to raise the offices profile within the market.
- Administrative & Budget Coordination: Supports regional marketing budget tracking vendor relationships invoice processing and internal reporting on marketing efforts.
- Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with attorneys business development design and inclusion teams to support marketing communications onboarding and community engagement.
Credentials and Expertise:
- Educational Background: A bachelorsdegree is required in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketingrelated field is required preferably in a law firm professional services or financial services environment.
- Must be detailoriented proactive and selfdirected with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Must have exceptionally strong organizational project management and problemsolving skills.

This represents the presentlyanticipated low and high end of the law firms pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience skills and hourly pay range for this position is $38.46/hr $44.71/hr.
