Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Screens visitors before allowing access to the school building through operation of the bell intercom system to allow access to the building
- Directs community members student families and external partners to specific rooms of academic and activity clubs within a building
- Answers phones in the main office and transferring calls
- Makes attendance calls to student families
- Assist in management of the supplies for the buildings programs
- General record keeping for the buildings programs including student attendance support and staff signin/signout sheet
- Assist building leadership with emergency management situations such as fire or lockdown drills
- Other duties as assigned

July 7th 2025 August 8 2025
Hourly Rate: $23 per hour worked
Monday through Friday 5 days per week
7:45am1:30pm
Mandatory Orientation and Professional Development Days: TBD
Reports to:Director of Special Education Extended School Year or designee
