Job Description
Were looking for a handson Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Youll oversee packaging staff manage shipping and receiving ensure orders are accurate and on time and maintain a safe efficient work environment.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise packaging team and train new hires
- Ensure all shipments are accurate and ready to go
- Handle incoming materials and coordinate with other departments
- Maintain inventory complete paperwork and uphold quality standards
- Operate forklifts and measuring tools as needed
What You Bring:
- Tow motor (forklift) experience
- Experience with RFD scanners and automated shipping systems
- Strong math and computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Leadership skills and a teamfirst attitude
