Job Description

Sr Process Management Analyst
The Senior Process Management Analyst assists with planning organizing and controlling processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope time quality and budget constraints. Under general supervision this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to help manage processes that benefit the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide governance and administration of Wealth Change Management & Adoption reporting requirements through required system and toolsets

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of team processes standards governance templates and tools and execute on process improvements

  • Support change management intake and assessment to maintain comprehensive calendar of change activities for the team to inform timing to maximize impact and minimize overlap of communications and disruptive change

  • Develop and maintain Wealth Change Management & Adoption communication toolset (SharePoint PowerApps etc.)

  • Provide support on changes impacting Wealth COO stakeholder groups

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in Business Management and/or Change Management roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in Business Management and/or Change Management roles

  • Bachelors degree

  • SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps knowledge

  • Experience in Financial Services Industry

  • Ability to multitask and manage several items simultaneously in a timely and organized manner with keen attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic project management skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal organizational and time management skills

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $82100/yr. $106200/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
