RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire and train your team. Make sure that all team members understand their role and the importance of customer care productivity and professionalism at all times.
Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests
Review heat cases with management team
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing scanning faxing and copying
Maintain office supplies for your team
This department will oversee Orlando MINI Fields BMW Daytona Beach Winter Park South and Lakeland locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least three years management experience in a business development call center.
Automotive experience a plus!
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Willing to submit to a preemployment background check
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
