Job Description

KONE Morocco is seeking a dedicated field trainer based in Casablanca to design and deliver training programs on KONE methods for new and existing field operatives while proactively preparing them for upcoming product and service changes that affect methods and tools. The field trainer collaborates with business stakeholders supervisors and troubleshooters to identify competence development needs and develop and localize technical training for diverse target groups. This role ensures field operatives achieve KONEs safety and quality standards meet customer expectations and reach productivity targets driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across Morocco.
What will you do
- Proactively trains and coaches field operatives at the Training Centre and onsite to enhance technical skills.
- Delivers tailored training to nontechnical staff enabling them to understand technical concepts relevant to their roles.
- Develops and implements monthly training plans to meet operational needs.
- Adapts global training materials to local requirements including translation and proofreading for relevance and clarity
- Effectively communicates updates to codes methods products and training materials to field operatives and parttime Field Trainers ensuring alignment with KONE standards.
- Collaborates on competence development surveys and assessments to identify training needs.
- Actively supports new employee onboarding site inspections and audits to ensure skill alignment and compliance.
- Exemplifies a safetyfirst and serviceoriented mindset serving as a role model for field operatives.
- Assists the Safety Manager in investigating incidents and severe near misses to enhance safety protocols.
- Identifies and corrects risky methods during operations taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
- Conducts and evaluates safety and method passport assessments to ensure adherence to KONE standards.
Are you the one
- Qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Min 3 years experience in the elevator and escalator industry is a must.
- Assessor certification and experience with trade testing will be advantageous.
- Willing to travel is a must.
- Highly motivated goaloriented diligent organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment.
- Have a safety and customer service mindset.
- Excellent English communication presentation and negotiation skills.
