Perform duties to prepare a wide range of logo and lettering designs as part of the manufacturing of large custom special purpose vehicles working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
Responsibilities:
- Work from specifications shop orders drawings cover sheets samples and instructions
- Review material and product requirements. Receive logo requests from customers or any company facilities involving sample hard copy verbal description or only general customer concept.
- Review and analyze requirements and communicate with designated parties to develop details. Determine probable requirements for considerations such as size color and composition.
- Produce final artwork for application to vehicles.
- Check graphics copy to ensure adherence to critical specifications and record production. Complete required documents. Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating problems.
- Make periodic inventory analysis cycle count and prepare orders for material and supplies inventory to meet requirements.
- Communicate data relating to job status.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements (education experience travel physical work environment):
- Must possess a HS Diploma GED or equivalent
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Strong work ethic / Be a team player
- Must be able to climb twist bend and stoop.
- Must have use of hands and be able to work overhead.
- Must be able to stand squat and grasp.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
