About the Role:
Were looking for students who have a keen interest in fintech to join us as interns! This is your chance to work sidebyside with our innovative team. Youll be kneedeep in projects and get handson work experience levelling up your skills and making connections along the way.
We have an internship opportunity within our Compliance department:
What youll be doing:
Learn how to apply key regulatory frameworks (e.g. MCOB AML GDPR) to real business scenarios;
Opportunity to contribute to a real FCA application for new regulatory permissions;
Help monitor ongoing activity for signs of financial crime or policy breaches;
Contribute to process checks and risk assessments across different departments;
Collaborate on initiatives to automate oversight of internal policies training materials or control frameworks;
Support the team in maintaining accurate records and audit trails.

Understanding of regulatory frameworks;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Risk awareness and compliance mindset
Analytical and problemsolving skills.

Stage 2:
Meet the team at our London office!
This will be an inperson interview with the hiring manager that you will be working closely with during your internship. You can also meet the team and gain insights into what its like at Selina day to day!
