Sales Controller position available for a Car Dealership!
We are recruiting for a client of ours an Franchised Car Dealership in the Winchesterarea who are looking for a Sales Controller .
Their sales team really is at the heart of ensuring their world class service is delivered to every customer that visits their dealership.
Joining them at a Sales Controller means you will support and guide each customer throughout the buying process. Its a fast paced busy role and you will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the dealership.
Offer
- 28000 basic with an OTE of 60000
The key responsibilities will include:
- Working with Sales Management to successfully achieve the potential of the department
- Manage and maintain used car stock
- Manage the pricing structure and oversee internet advertising of stock on our own website and also 3rd party sites
- Driving sales volume and maximising profitability to achieve departmental targets
- Controlling deals through implementation of Company sales process
- Training and motivating the team with daily and measured 121 review meetings
- 2nd Facing all customers
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Drive and determination to achieve all of the above and exceed targets
- Organisational skills and a passion for excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and determined appraoch
