How will you make a difference
As well as undertaking riskfocused audits and making certification decisions yourself youll call on your accomplished people skills to guide and develop other auditors to cultivate positive client relationships and to proactively share feedback that helps us to keep improving the service we deliver.
In return well invest in your training and development to include qualification to Lead Auditor status in several management system standards.
Weve a welldeveloped homeworking infrastructure for when youre not visiting clients and have been a champion of new ways of working for many years.
The role gives you the opportunity to obtain a healthy blend of travel and visiting client sites whilst retaining the flexibility to undertake remote audits when required.
What will you bring
Youll need a real passion for the built environment and have several years experience working in the sector. Your daytoday role is as an auditor would be covering standards such as ISO 9001 for quality ISO 14001 for environment ISO 45001 for health & safety.
You will have several years experience in the built environment sector and a good working knowledge of quality environment and health & safety management systems.
Experience in National Highway Sector Schemes sustainable procurement or construction materials would be advantageous.
We know youll want to give your customers the best possible experience and service so its vital that you have the relevant industry knowledge and experience (this also ensures you are able to be both confident and credible during all audits). For this role you will need industry experience in Building and Construction (including building materials).
