Job Description
The City of Edmonton is looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused individual to join our team as a RAMS Customer Solutions Representative. In this role you will play a key part in supporting the operational needs of the business by managing system configurations providing quality assurance support and handling ticket management. You will utilize your intermediate understanding of the software solution to analyze and resolve system issues ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders and vendors. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
What will you do
- Use your intermediate understanding of the RAMS system to configure and support system functions related to business needs across the organization with a focus on the golf module
- Manage system configuration services including updates to products locations workstations and user accounts
- Troubleshoot operational configurations monitor job logs and collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues
- Perform quality assurance tasks including system testing documentation of test results and review of release notes
- Manage the ticketing system ensuring accurate updates engaging with endusers and escalating issues as needed
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation of system functions and processes
- Support business data reporting activities and assist with data governance processes
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience supporting software systems in troubleshooting or configuration

- Technical Diploma or training

Conditions of Employment:
- Hire is dependent on a Criminal Records Check (CRC) security clearance that is satisfactory to the City of Edmonton and is a requirement of this position. There may be a cost associated with this requirement. applicants may be tested
Work Environment:
- This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from both home and the worksite as per the Letter of Understanding between the City of Edmonton and Civic Service Union 52.
- The weekly hours of work for this position are currently under review and may change at a future time. Any changes will be made in accordance with the City of Edmonton/Civic Service Union 52 collective agreement and the incumbent will be notified in advance.

Hours of Work: 33.75 hours per week
Salary Range: $28.644 $35.917 (Hourly); $50463.570 $63276.770 (Annually)
