DescriptionThe Customer Account Specialist will be primary point of contact for key customers accounts to own and address their central business & logistics needs in close collaboration with sales and other key functions. In addition this position will be a key part of the Sales Strategy & Execution team with adopting tools & making analysis to contribute to strategy creating and execution. This position will also work closely with other sales leaders teams and reps as a central expert to aid & guide on solving business problems when it comes to key customer accounts.
This position will serve our Commercial Water business and can be located in Oxnard CA.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for highvalue customers maintaining regular communications and building strong trusted relationships with such customers.
- Develop knowledge of customer behaviors goals and challenges to proactively offer solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate ensuring customer needs are prioritized across functions including Sales CX Operations and product development.
- Assist with regular customer business reviews.
- Address and resolve complex customer issues with urgency and in an effective manner utilizing cross department coordination.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Monitor and analyze customer account metrics while using data to assist with strategy and decision making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer account status feedback and metrics to management.
- Assist in creating and executing business plans to accelerate sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer account management customer service or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Demonstrate ability to learn business disciplines quickly and deliver results under pressure.
- Eagerness & openness for further development for both personal & professional growth while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for key customers & sales meetings.
The pay scale for this position in California New York or Connecticut is $69120 $110592. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location direct experience market guidance and internal equity among other qualifying criteria.
