Responsibilities:
- Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings interviewclients and witnesses consultfield experts and research statutes and case law
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs motionspleadings and other correspondence
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to determine case strategies and solutions to serve clientsneeds after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
- Attend court appearances hearings depositions and case management meetings as needed
- Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation arbitration and trial
- Act as a mentor to junior attorneys
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts blogs and ad campaigns
- Active member ofNC Bar Association required
- Five (5) or more years of experience in personal injurylitigation preferred
- Proficiency in writing research negotiation and public speaking required
- Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
This is a fulltime salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
