About Rapido:

As we continue on our growth path we are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in the sales process and allow our team to expand its reach within the industry.

What will you be doing

As an Account Executive your primary responsibility will be to manage and close qualified sales opportunities passed to you by the Business Development team. You will leverage your consultative selling and relationshipbuilding skills to secure new clients and directly contribute to Rapidos growth. You will also manage a small portfolio of clients to foster headcount and revenue growth while strengthening the partnership between Rapido and its clients.

  • Sales Management: Manage the sales cycle from introductory calls and presentations through contract negotiations and deal closure.
  • Discovery and Presentation: Conduct thorough discovery to understand prospect challenges effectively presenting Rapidos staffing solutions tailored to each clients unique needs.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction through proactive communication and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful delivery of services.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for new and existing clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions sales activities and pipeline status within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • 3 years of prior experience in logistics transportation or supply chain with a strong preference for candidates with 3PL and trucking industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to close.
  • Willingness to selfsource new opportunities as .
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain longterm relationships with customers.
  • Must be selfmotivated proactive and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) and other sales tools .
  • Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
