Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easytouse patient data via API embedded components and direct EHR integrations. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush cofounder and former CEO of athenahealth Zus partners with HIEs and other data networks to aggregate patient clinical history and then translates that history into userfriendly information at the point of care. Zuss mission is to catalyze healthcares greatest inventors by maximizing the value of patient insights so that they can build up not around.

What were looking for

We are seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in risk adjustment care gap management and valuebased care performance to drive the evolution of our Risk & Quality Management capabilities. This role is ideal for a technicallyminded clinical operations expert who understands how providers payers and valuebased care organizations navigate risk stratification quality reporting and financial performance in riskbased contracts.

As a Product Manager you will work closely with engineering design and customers to define and deliver datadriven product capabilities that support accurate risk capture care gap closure and streamlined analytics and reporting. Your work will directly impact how our clients operationalize insights from clinical and claims data improve patient outcomes and optimize financial performance in valuebased care models.

As part of the team you will

    • Define and build products that enhance data usability streamline reporting and improve decisionmaking for healthcare organizations.
    • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deeply understand the complexities of valuebased care risk adjustment and quality improvement.
    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate customer needs and inform product development.
    • Define and track success metrics ensuring our product delivers measurable value.
    • Own the agile process for your squad including backlog management sprint planning and prioritization to ensure smooth execution.

Youre a good fit because you have

    • 35 years of product management experience within healthcare technology.
    • Deep understanding of valuebased care including risk adjustment methodologies (e.g. HCC coding) quality measurement frameworks and payerprovider collaboration.
    • Experience working with healthcare data including claims clinical records (EHRs FHIR) and risk scoring models.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.
    • Passion for improving healthcare through technology and datadriven solutions.
$115000 $165000 a year
While Zus is a remote first company we expect this person will be in Boston at least a few times per month to collaborate with their teammates
