What does a Content Management Managerdo at Hogarth

We are looking for a strategic and creativeContent Management Managerto lead a global team of Content managers supporting the development execution and governance of content across all digital and customerfacing platforms. In this role you will alignment with business goals and champion best practices to ensure content quality consistency and performance. Strong client management skills are essential as youll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met with exceptional service and strategic content solutions. This role is a perfect fit for someone looking to deliver exceptional experiences and has a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute publishing resources against content management for internal and customer facing platforms(web email mobile social etc.).
  • Lead mentor and grow a team of content managers
  • Foster a creative innovative and performanceoriented team culture
  • Collaborate with Platform Comms Learning and Production teams to ensure seamless content execution
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between the content team and internal/external clients
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective content strategies and deliverables
  • Set expectations manage feedback loops and ensure timely highquality delivery of content
  • Build strong trusting relationships to ensure longterm client satisfaction and alignment
  • Manage content operations and workflows using content management systems (CMS)
  • Define KPIs leverage analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with localization teams to ensure effective multilingual content support
  • Develop and manage content budgets
  • Drive internal strategy for global expansion
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Monitor industry and competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously evaluate and improve content management processes and workflows.
  • Ensure highest quality output of team deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Project Management or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in content strategy digital content management or editorial leadership
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Proven experience in clientfacing roles or client management
  • Proficiency with CMS and LMS platforms (e.g. WordPress AEM Drupal) SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex crossfunctional initiatives
  • Exceptional communication writing and editing abilities
  • Experience with content localization preferred
  • Proactive fastlearning selfstarter comfortable in a fastpaced global environment. Must be teamoriented flexible and open to working outside standard hours including occasional weekends.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on jobrelated factors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package go to more details.
