Our client is a charming 4star country house hotel nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of East Sussex. Home to an awardwinning restaurant and exceptional facilities they are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to enhance their team and deliver outstanding afternoon tea and lunch experiences that reflect their commitment to excellence.

- 35000 per annum plus 2400 service charge

Responsibilities as the Lounge Manager
- Ensuring the lunch and afternoon tea offerings within the lounges meet the hotels exceptional standards.
- Leading training and developing the lounge team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
- Working closely with sales and F&B teams to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure events run efficiently and profitably.
- Maintaining the highest service standards presentation and attention to detail to uphold the hotels luxury reputation.
- Providing a personalised and professional approach to all services creating memorable experiences for every guest.
