Join our dynamic Marketing team as an Email Marketing Assistant! This exciting role supports the execution of customer campaigns helps drives engagement and contributes directly to the success of our holiday and holiday home sales divisions. Youll work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to implement industry leading email and SMS campaigns in an exciting fastpaced collaborative environment.

What you will be doing...
As an Email Marketing Assistant within our awardwinning CRM team youll be key in developing and executing our CRM strategy across holiday and holiday home sales. Youll be responsible for creating exciting and engaging campaigns that wow and delight our customers and that support our business goals. This means youll:
- Campaign Build: Create industry leading Email and SMS campaigns focused on creating innovative experiences that support business objectives for both holiday bookings and holiday home sales.
- Campaign Setup & Dispatch Management: Manage the setup of campaigns including audience segmentation ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Collate reports using the marketing platform and GA4 to support the Email Marketing Executive in the creation of report insight and analysis.
- Audience Engagement & Relevance: Ensure all CRM communications are engaging relevant and personalized to our diverse customer base enhancing their overall experience with Parkdean Resorts.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends technologies and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Email Marketing Executive to support the channel strategy and objectives.
Some of the skills and experience were looking for...
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and develop in this field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong creative skillset with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar) to assist in the creation of visually engaging email content.
- Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and Google Analytics is beneficial but not essential.
