Primary function is to act in a support capacity and assist the departmental teams managing daily responsibilities and priorities. Candidates need to have strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills as the role will expose the employee to a broad range of relationships acting in this support role capacity. Candidates with strong drive and desires to learn the business are what we are looking for as they will be provided training and knowledge of the business so they are able to cover vacations illness and other business requirements requiring this administrator position to support the running of regular business for short periods of time.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist team in validating promotional programs identify data issues log issues and provide information for follow up with category managers.
Responsible for data entry for adds and cuts to items preapproved to be modified on store orders.
Assist with data entry for push distributions orders as required to support promotional activates or close to code clear outs.
Update SAP table rules and store classifications on behalf of the business.
Update email broadcast lists as required and distribute them to business once updates are applied.
Create and push rush orders to TMS and all related followup requirements.
Monitoring order continuity for Ontario distributions centers follow up with missing stores and help desk when orders are not received.
Update daily tracking reports for analysis helping to identifying issue frequency and polling compliance.
Assist with communication processes to stores and related responsibilities on behalf of various areas of the business.
Assist with pushing orders to TMS for special off schedule arrangements and milk run loads.
Assist with providing replenishment teams accurate recaps of items and quantities for key buying promotional activities.
Assist with validation of pallet rounding and full pallet arrangements are executed as planned.
Assist with special shipment requests and any processes needed to ship outside of normal business activities.
Validate daily orders for new store openings prioritize and elevate if necessary when supporting a store go live.
Back up to the coordinators for vacation coverage and to support cross training initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post Secondary Education in a related field.
1 2 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Effective verbal written and interposal communication skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Available to work the weekend as required. Required to be on call and be available for assigned periods.
Ability to handle high stress situations in a professional manner.
Ability to speak French considered an asset.
