Job Description
- Represent employers in employment law matters including litigation and advisory work
- Handle a variety of cases such as workplace disputes compliance and employmentrelated lawsuits
- Provide strategic advice to corporate clients on employment law issues
- Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies
Qualifications
- 23 years of employment law experience with a focus on employerside representation
- Active California Bar license
- Californiaspecific experience in employment law required
- Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills
