Job Description
Job Title: Principal Fellow Wage/Hour Status: Exempt
Reports to: Campus Principal Pay Grade: Teacher Pay Scale
Dept. /School: Assigned Campus days: 187
Primary Purpose: This position is designed as a oneyear internship to provide a robust leadership experience to aspiring school leaders. The candidates must be approved through the ECISD & UTPB Principal fellow selection process.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelors degree
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Pursuing a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership
Experience:
- At least three years of successful teaching experience

Working Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing stooping bending pulling and pushing. Move small stacks of textbooks media equipment desks and other equipment
Frequent exposure to:temperature extremes (hot and cold) humidity extremes noise low or intense illumination vibration.
Occasional exposure to:biological hazards (communicable diseases bacteria insects mold fungi etc.) work outside work around moving objects or vehicles work on uneven surfaces work alone work prolonged or irregular hours
