Job Summary

Job Description

The Sales Support Representative will collaborate directly with the Sales Operations & Support team and assist with managing the servicerelated needs of customers. This position will work to address and correct product pricing issues

Responsibilities:
Develop implement and execute a strategy to address and correct price issues
Answer customer and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist sales in relations and support to specified customers
Understand product assortment technical qualities of product and pricing
Provide superior Sales Operations & Support utilizing a highly professional and courteous manner
Foster and maintain strong relationships with Sales
Work closely with internal departments: systems warehouse compliance supply chain and receivables to fulfill customer requirements within scope of company abilities
Assist with customer orders

Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma
3 years of experience

Salary range $20$25 an hour

Knowledge & Experience
Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education
