Job Title: Principal Data Engineer (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Recommends and influences endtoend design of data integration solutions data model changes and creates the most effective way to approach the business requirements. Implements largescale data solutions that are complex scalable and efficient using all data integration tools and technologies available. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelors degree Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Engineerrelated occupation.
Position Required Skills: Position requires experience in the following: Utilizing query languages including SQL and Cypher for relational and graph databases; Amazon Web Services (AWS)based solutions such as Lambda Dynamodb Snowflake or S3; Migrating ETL processes from relational warehouse databases to AWSbased solutions; Utilizing multiple development languages/tools such as Python SPARK Hive or Java to build prototypes.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $147472.00 to $180200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as but not limited to geographical location relevant experience education and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
