As Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution youll be the driving force behind revenue growth market positioning and customer engagement. Youll lead with vision collaborate across disciplines and bring bold ideas to life.
What Youll Do- Lead and inspire the proactive sales and event booking teams across both hotels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Business Travel MICE and leisure segments.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue leaders to align on commercial goals.
- Represent the hotels at trade shows sales missions and industry events.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
- Negotiate corporate and group contracts with confidence and creativity.
- Champion a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement.
- 34 years of experience in proactive hotel sales with a strong track record in business development.
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for team success.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Opera Sales & Catering.
- A customerfirst mindset entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Willingness to travel and a positive energetic approach to every challenge.
- Must have the right to work in the European Union.
