The role
As a Senior People Partner youll be at the forefront of shaping workforce strategy and delivering expert HR advice that helps teams navigate change optimise performance and achieve impactful business outcomes.
Youll build trusted relationships across the organisation working closely with leaders to design and implement strategic HR solutions that tackle todays workforce challenges and anticipate tomorrows needs.
As a valued advisor to internal stakeholders youll guide them through complex change case management and employee transitionsensuring every step aligns with legislation policy and best practice.
Your ability to communicate with influence collaborate effectively and thrive in an evolving HR landscape will be essential to your success.
