Job Responsibilities:
Assist on the service drive to resolve concerns about vehicle technology issues
Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features
Master product knowledge on all vehicles
Provide an exceptional Lexus experience in all guest interactions
Determine the best teaching method for each guest considering that people learn and retain information in different ways. Encourage hands on practice and have guests try it themselves
Ask effective questions to get to the root of the situation and personalize your explanations
Partner with the Lexus delivery specialist to share information on common concerns after vehicle delivery
Provide backup to the Lexus delivery specialist and assist with deliveries as needed.
Use all resources and applications to assist in technology information support
Maintain a collection of technology information and resources to assist in explanations
Provide resources for guests and follow up as appropriate
Job Qualifications:
Clean driving record
Enjoy working with people and technology
Patience for explaining technical vehicle features to guests that are not tech savvy
Selfmotivation during downtime
Willingness to travel throughout the NE Florida region
Proper phone etiquette
