Summary: Groundskeeper and General Cleaning painting assisting with upkeep and cleaning of the District. Will be working at various locations within PTS

Physical Demands:
The Physical demands are those needed to accomplish the Essential Functions described above. Good handeye coordination is important for safe productive operations. The job involves the ability to operate large equipment to small tools in which manipulative skills are very important. Position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision color perception sense of smell depth perception and texture perception. While performing the duties of this job the employee will frequently stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee will need to climb and balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move as much as 50 lbs.

While performing the duties of this job the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet/or humid conditions fumes or airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals risk of electric shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended or stipulated by OSHA and as specified in the Material Safety Data Sheets for the materials being used.
