Join Our Team as a Human Resource Coordinator

Support Employee Success and Drive HR Excellence

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is essential in managing employee records HR policies and payroll functions ensuring compliance and supporting a positive workplace culture. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Your Impact as a Human Resource Coordinator

In this role you will:

  • Manage Employee Data: Enter and update new hires pay rate changes and termination information in HR systems.
  • Assist with Recruitment: Review applications and resumes evaluate applicant qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Advise on HR Policies: Guide managers supervisors and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle Payroll & Records Management: Assist with payrollrelated inquiries maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Support Employment Transactions: Provide consultation on transfers promotions/demotions reductionsinforce placements and independent contractor status.
  • Coordinate Employee Recognition Programs: Oversee and ensure adherence to Employee Recognition Guidelines for staff events and appreciation initiatives.
  • Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Prepare monitor and maintain personnel and risk management files ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Perform Administrative HR Functions: Compose confidential correspondence prepare spreadsheets and handle data entry.
  • Interpret & Enforce Policies: Explain company policies employment laws and workplace regulations to managers and employees.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Were seeking someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Is proficient in HR software data entry and reporting systems.
  • Understands federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
