Job Description
Essential Functions:
1. Applies liquid coatings by different processing methods to a variety plastic molded and metal products for decorative and functional purposes;
2. Performs pad printing spray painting and silk screening operations;
3. Performs set up clean up troubleshooting and PM on paint equipment/workstations to include formulating painting mixtures;
4. Fills out requisitions for paint screens equipment and supplies;
5. Operates various assembly production equipment and hand tools;
6. Handles assembles and inspects product and parts;
7. Performs quality inspections and follows ISO procedures/compliance;
8. Ensures all containers and hazardous material is properly labeled and disposed;
9. Prepares and pack parts for material handling and/or shipping;
10. See reads and follows work instructions safety procedures and completes various forms and reports;
11. Able to rotate into other departments to perform similar tasks as needed;
12. Works with coworkers in a safe professional and cooperative manner;
13. Maintains good attendance flexibility in job assignments adaptable to changing business needs and continually learns and applies new skills.
14. Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation;
15. Complies with all company policies and procedures;
16. Trains others on knowledge and skills mastered;
17. Other duties as assigned.
