Warehouse Customer Service Description

Overview
Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Warehouse Associates provide countless smiles to our customers across all of Northeastern and Central Ohio. They pick organize and load everyones favorite beverages as well as assist with the cleanliness/organization of the warehouse. This is a fastpaced physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

Typical Duties
- Following proper safety and quality standards while working in our warehouse
- Making sure beer and wine cases are picked accurately using scanners and other technology
- Ensuring customer orders are not damaged
- Loading customers vehicles accurately
- Sorting and repairing damaged beer and wine cases
- Putting away returned cases of beer and wine
- General warehouse cleaning duties

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliability and dependability. Good attendance is important forall ask us about our attendance bonus!
- The ability to lift up to 35lbs safely
- Basic math skills
- Experience in material handling and equipment operating is a plus (Forklift)
- Being able to understand labels and coded dates
- Ability to use technology on a basic level
