Under indirect supervision the Program Assistant provides support to the Cancer Genetics Program including Genetic Counseling and the Hereditary Cancer Clinic. Provides assistance with genetic testing order and resulting process scheduling and referral management. Job Description
Under indirect supervision the Program Assistant provides support to the Cancer Genetics Program including Genetic Counseling and the Hereditary Cancer Clinic. Additional Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of educational and clinical experience.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) interpersonal customer service and organizational skills.
Basic math and computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient in MS Office including Excel Word Outlook Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in genetics or biological sciences or health related field
Experience in medical facility
