Your Impact

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading a team of six to eight recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across ASI. This role requires a seasoned talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in full lifecycle recruiting compensation strategies datadriven decisionmaking and building efficient scalable recruitment processes. The Senior Recruiting Manager collaborates closely with HR leadership hiring managers and senior executives to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning needs ensuring ASI attracts and retains toptier talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing highperforming recruitment teams driving metricsdriven strategies and designing innovative talent acquisition solutions for technical and nontechnical roles.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of six to eight recruiters fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs ensuring alignment with organizational hiring priorities.
  • Provide coaching guidance and performance feedback to team members supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Build a cohesive recruitment team with the skills and capacity to meet ASIs growing workforce needs.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment Oversight:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding for all positions.
  • Ensure alignment of job descriptions and compensation packages with market trends and internal benchmarks.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to create competitive offers that attract and retain highquality talent.
  • Provide guidance on candidate experience best practices to ensure a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding.

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and senior executives to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and longterm business goals.
  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract specialized technical talent ensuring ASI is wellpositioned in a competitive market.
  • Lead initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines for critical roles and future organizational needs.

Compensation and Market Analysis Expertise:

  • Partner with HR leadership to evaluate compensation data ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with ASIs pay philosophy.
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark roles adjusting recruitment strategies to attract top talent in highdemand fields.
  • Serve as a key resource for recruiters and hiring managers on compensation discussions and negotiations.

Metrics and DataDriven DecisionMaking:

  • Define and track key recruitment metrics including timetofill costperhire quality of hire and retention rates.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends improve processes and make informed recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to HR leadership highlighting hiring progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization and Compliance:

  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment workflows ensuring efficiency and scalability while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Implement best practices for sourcing interviewing and onboarding to enhance hiring velocity and candidate quality.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including recruitment agencies and thirdparty vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure highquality service delivery and costeffectiveness.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
  • Extensive expertise in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Strong background in technical and engineering recruitment with experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers embedded systems specialists and data scientists.
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation strategies including benchmarking offer negotiation and aligning pay with market trends.
  • Proven ability to manage highvolume hiring while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies and report on key metrics.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
