We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team who will be involved in shaping the tax departments tax accounting provision and compliance processes while supporting the business needs of a fastgrowing company. The Tax Manager will be an Individual Contributor. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager youll be responsible for:
- Preparing the Companys ASC 740 income tax provisions as reported in the 10K/10Q filings including uncertain tax positions and valuations allowance along with managing the SOX controls
- Understanding the GILTI FDII and BEAT calculations and analyzing the impact to the provision and return
- Collaborating closely with the broader finance organization to ensure tax transactions and changes in tax legislation are accurately documented and accounted for
- Preparing the federal state and local income tax workpapers and reviewing the income tax returns along with managing the research and development tax credit documentation and tax authorities correspondence
- Driving automation initiatives to increase the efficiency of tax accounting processes and providing support for various companywide financial systems related projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of related experience with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience; Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required; CPA license
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting for income taxes
- Proven ability to conduct thorough tax research strong analytical and problemsolving skills and advanced excel skills
- Experience in a fast moving high growth environment with the ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges and opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex Tax matters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or LLM
- Familiarity with international tax

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this fulltime position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.
Base Pay Range
$122500 $175000 USD
