Job Description

The Charleston School of Law welcomes applications for a fulltime Director of Institutional Research (DIR). This is a senior administrative position responsible for leading the collection analysis and interpretation of institutional data to inform strategic decisionmaking support accreditation processes and guide continuous improvement initiatives across the institution.


The DIR will oversee the collection management and analysis of institutional data while providing datadriven insights to inform strategic planning initiatives. This position will also lead the preparation of reports and data submissions for compliance with accreditation standards. The DIR will design and implement assessment strategies across the institution and work collaboratively with senior leadership to facilitate change where necessary using evidencebased solutions. This position will work to establish and maintain data quality standards to ensure data integrity.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. PhD in Institutional Research or a similar discipline is required.
  2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in higher education conducting institutional research.
