What Youll Do

As a Framing Carpenter at Eldon Builders you will:

• Lead and participate in the framing phase of custom residential construction including floor systems walls roofs and structural elements.

• Read and interpret blueprints framing plans and layout designs to ensure structural accuracy and alignment with project specs.

• Work closely with Project Managers and team members to maintain timelines and uphold Eldons reputation for precision.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean efficient job sites.

What Were Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential framing or general carpentry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of wood framing techniques layout and structural requirements.

• Ability to read construction drawings and follow framing plans accurately.

• Skilled in the safe use of tools equipment and materials relevant to structural framing.
