Position Description:
Administrative assistants manage and distribute information within the project office and is proficiently uses Microsoft Office applications including Teams Excel and Word to complete most of the following tasks:
Answering office phone calls and fielding external requests with excellent customer service
Processing invoices promptly
Processing employee payroll
Maintaining operational files including cloud based electronic files
Coordinates and maintains virtual jobsite calendar including meetings inspections and orientations
Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
