Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team forBRM Operationsrole. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) systems with proven expertise in billing operations invoicing troubleshooting and automation.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of billing processes including trial invoicing monitoring reporting and performance tuning. The individual will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business requirements and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding of BRM data model and processes
- Good knowledge of scripting and automation
- Strong experience in SQL queries billing & invoicing (including trial invoicing monitoring and reporting)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot BRM issues and provide effective fixes
