The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruiter youll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you:
- Build relationships with business leaders and decisionmakers in the engineering and technical sectors
- Source and assess top sales talent for mid to seniorlevel roles
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from searching for candidates to organising interviews and supporting successful placements
- Use cuttingedge recruitment software and automation tools
- Support client accounts and learn to negotiate deals
- Contribute to our highperforming collaborative team culture
