Vacancy: RICS BUILDING SURVEYOR Professional Property Surveying
Location: Billericay CM12
Salary: 60k 90k Based on experience and ability
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client a dynamic and expanding property consultancy is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced RICS Building Surveyor to join their Billericay (Essex) office.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving work across both residential and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering highquality surveying services.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and proactive Building Surveyor with experience in areas such as project management contract administration building surveys party wall matters dilapidations licence to alter and condition reports.
A strong track record in both residential and commercial work combined with a confident and energetic approach will ensure you are wellpositioned to succeed in this role.

- MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS qualification essential

- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities
- Be responsive to customer requests.
- Multitasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries.
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
