You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting 12month fixed term opportunity at nbn for an Analytics Translator supporting the Field Services Operations Intelligence.
A bit about your role
The Analytics Translator (AT) is responsible for transitioning and enhancing strategic business intelligence assets within Field Services operations. Key responsibilities include assessing current BI assets facilitating workshops translating business needs into data and reporting requirements aligning processes and systems to data supporting strategic business intelligence implementation and facilitating user acceptance testing.
The AT works closely with the Senior Analytics Translator SMEs and stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure agile and highquality responses to needs problemsolving and effective communication. Key accountabilities involve business analysis prototyping delivery support testing defect management and continuous improvement all while maintaining a safe workplace.
A bit about you
The role requires strong experience in a similar role and in enterpriselevel data and analytics environments. Key skills include expertise in PowerBI data querying data profiling SQL Agile methodologies and cloudbased data extraction.
The candidate should have strong communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills along with experience in data analysis process mapping to systems and data and virtual collaboration. Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is highly beneficial. The role demands the ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and maintain a safe working environment.
