Responsibilities and Duties

• This position will develop custom systems for manufacturing.
• Meet with Project Management Design Team and 3^rdparty engineers to formulate project scope design.
• Communicate ideas freely.
• Ability to work within a team setting.
• Utilize the following CAD programs primarily SolidWorks.
• Follow P1 drafting standards to create 2 and 3 dimensional drawings.
• Design and program parts for laser manufacturing and final assembly.
• Assist with computations such as material quantity estimates and dimensional checks.
• Organize and manage work assignments.
• Participatein company standard development activities.

• Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of drafting related work experience is required. 2years ofexperience working with 3D modeling is preferred.
  • Field experience working in industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Computer/Software Skills:
  • Proficiency with emailinternet spreadsheets and word processing applications: specifically Microsoft Office products (Outlook Word Excel and Windows) required.
  • Drafting utilizing software is required.
  • SolidWorks or experience in 3D modeling is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3D scanning and manipulation of scanned files is preferred.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
