JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the development and delivery of technical training for Empire employees and external customers within the department at the Empire Training Institute (ETI). Work with ETI support team and trainers schedule effective delivery of courses. Obtain and maintain knowledge of Caterpillar technical products and related training needs while incorporating frequent National Preservation Institute (NPI) updates in curriculum to ensure accurate delivery of timely knowledge into curriculum content. Serve as a catalyst and key advisor/leader for curriculum delivery development; motivating staff to ensure that technical development training and other objectives are met. Maintain positive relationships with external customers and other dealer contacts to maximize opportunities to increase business revenue while balancing priorities and internal needs. Responsible for promoting and developing curriculum for additional training programs including but not limited to Caterpillar courses both offsite and through Dealer Learning Management System (DLMS).
