AWS Data Center Supply Solutions (DCSS) Team works to deliver capacity supply options across multiple network footprint opportunities to meet the needs of customer demands. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Key job responsibilities
As a member of the Data Center Supply Solutions Business Operations Team you will manage the processes and tools needed to support incoming supply opportunities to meet customer demand. This roles primary responsibilities are to lead and manage improvement initiatives across our tooling drive key discussions on supportability globally source opportunities for improvement across systems and processes partner with global teams to drive standardization and implement global solutions while improving the customer experience that delivers visibility to senior leadership.

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
