Tasks
What Youll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for key eCommerce positionsfrom copywriters to operations managers to performance marketing leads.
- Create compelling performancefocused job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Wellfound niche freelancer networks).
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that attract top freelance and contractbased talent for global remote roles.
- Work closely with our CLevel and team leads to understand hiring needs define ideal candidate profiles and align hiring priorities with our growth trajectory.
- Screen and qualify candidates with businessfocused KPIdriven questionsno fluff.
- Optimize recruiting KPIs like TimetoHire Quality of Hire and Candidate Experience.
- Advise on HR matters such as drafting freelance contracts onboarding best practices and retention strategies for remote teams.
- Improve employer branding in niche DTC circles through compelling outreach and candidate experience design.
- Support in USbased hiring and leverage your existing network of freelance eCom professionals.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record recruiting for eCommerce/DTC brands (agency or inhouse) ideally in fastgrowth environments.
- Deep understanding of key DTC roles and performance KPIsfrom CAC to ROAS to retention metrics.
- Experience recruiting for both freelance and fulltime roles with a special focus on contract/freelancer sourcing strategies.
- You know what makes top talent say yesand what keeps them engaged.
- Excellent understanding of recruiting metrics
- Experience writing sharp clear job ads that convert and speak directly to target personas.
- Bonus: HR knowhow to support onboarding freelancer contracts and team development.
- Strong grasp of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter ATS CRM etc. and a structured datafirst hiring approach.
