Job Description
We are looking for a Controller to manage our remote bookkeepers generate business intelligence (BI) reports and oversee financial operations. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexibility and a lifework balance instead of a worklife balance.
What Youll Do:
Manage and supervise remote bookkeepers to ensure accurate financial records
Generate BI reports and financial dashboards to support strategic decisionmaking with the owners
Handle cash flow management forecasting and financial reporting
Review and optimize accounting processes and controls
Oversee budgeting tax planning and compliance
Provide insights into investment performance and profitability analysis
Collaborate with ownership on highlevel financial strategy
Who You Are:
Experienced in real estate accounting (multifamily NNN or commercial properties preferred)
Strong in financial analysis reporting and forecasting
Skilled at managing bookkeepers and streamlining processes
Techsavvy with QuickBooks Excel and BI reporting
Detailoriented but also bigpicture thinker
Comfortable in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
A selfstarter who takes ownership of challenges
