Essential Job Duties
Description
The Project Controller 1 is responsible for managing and overseeing project financials schedules and resources. This role involves negotiating contracts monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve timely and budget-conscious project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in coordinating schedules materials and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to support project controls functions.
- Negotiate administer and control contracts and agreements related to the project.
- Serve as the official County administrative contact with consultants and stakeholders.
- Oversee all project controls activities ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Required Qualification:- Years of Experience/Education/Certificates/Training:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Project Management Business Administration or related fields.
- Five (5) to Ten (10) years of related full-time paid experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about project control functions.
Wage Requirement
- Starting Salary range for this job is $180869.00 - $208000.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill education experience and working environment
